Get Joe Biden to take decisive action on climate change in the first 100 days of his presidency.

Because of global warming causing sea levels to rise, major cities are predicted to be underwater by 2050.

The idea.
To persuade the president to take decisive action on climate change, previously introduced climate legislation will be printed on buoys that have been placed in cities under the most pressing threat of being underwater. Messaging is directed at Biden and will encourage people to tweet a photo to Biden with the hashtag #BidenBuoys and to locate the other buoys.
